Fixing of electric winch

4, the method of wire rope winding into the drum should be perpendicular to the axis of the drum, the allowable deviation of perpendicularity is 6 degrees, so that the wire rope ring can be arranged neatly, without oblique winding and mutually overlapping extrusion.

Safe Use of electric winch:

1. During installation, the base shall be firmly balanced, the surrounding drainage shall be unimpeded, the ground anchor shall be set up reliably, and a work shed shall be built.The position of the operator should be able to see the person in charge and the object being dragged or lifted.

2, before the operation, should check the hoist and the ground fixed, elastic coupling shall not be loose.Safety devices, protective facilities, electrical lines, zero or ground connection wires, brake devices and wire ropes shall be inspected and used only after they are all qualified.

3, the use of belt or open gear transmission part, should be equipped with a protective cover, the guide pulley shall not use the open plate pulley.
